1. Music21 recital

2. I.P.N.M. recital


Hugh played on October 30th 2007 at The Printing House, Trinity College Dublin for Siobhán Cleary's "Ireland Promoting New Music" series (a repeat of last year's National Gallery programme):

3. Chamber music


Hugh performed (with Michael D'Arcy, Elena Quinn, John Lynch and William Butt) on April 6th 2008 at the National Gallery of Ireland for the Royal Irish Academy of Music's "Trios at 3" series:


Thomas Adès Piano Quintet Irish première



This followed a performance a year earlier (same series and musicians) of:



Alfred Schnittke Piano Quintet



and also a performance with the Vanbrugh Quartet for RTE's Living Music Festival in 2006 of:



Morton Feldman Piano and String Quartet

4. Concerto recording


In 2007, Hugh recorded Ian Wilson's concerto Limena with the Belgrade Strings. Release of the CD on Riverrun is due during 2009.
